Mark Bazan - Owner/Founder
An avid business professional with a deep love for live music. A longtime number-one supporter of 22N, Mark knew partnering with Dave and Kristen to open Encore LIVE was the perfect next step.
Driven by both strategy and passion, Mark brings strong business leadership to the team while helping build an incredible new venue where artists thrive and unforgettable experiences are created. Together, they’ve brought to life an exciting new establishment where music truly comes alive.
Kristen Lee - Owner/Founder
Kristen Lee is a mom of two (no longer little) children, owner of an event company, partner in a production company, and the powerhouse lead singer of 22N – The Ultimate Party Band. A former science teacher turned full-time performer, Kristen brings heart, discipline, and a lifelong passion for theater and music to every stage she steps on.
Known for her commanding vocals, infectious energy, and authentic connection with audiences, Kristen delivers performances that are both emotional and electric. Her love for music runs so deep that owning her own venue became a personal dream—now proudly realized. As a venue owner, she continues to support artists, build community, and create spaces where live music thrives.
David Lay -Owner/Founder
Owner and Founder of Encore LIVE, the drummer for 22N – The Ultimate Party Band, owner of an event company, and a partner in a production company. Blending a deep passion for music with strong business leadership, David brings vision, drive, and creativity to everything he builds.
A dedicated performer and entrepreneur, he’s committed to creating spaces where live music thrives while supporting artists and delivering unforgettable experiences. With rhythm in his soul and strategy in his mindset, David continues to shape Encore LIVE into a home for great sound, great people, and great nights.
Corey Davis - General Manager
Over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, having opened multiple successful establishments—including one alongside his wife. With a deep passion for both live music and restaurant hospitality, Corey blends operational expertise with a genuine love for creating memorable guest experiences.
His dedication to quality service, great food, and vibrant atmosphere plays a key role in shaping Encore LIVE into a welcoming destination where music, community, and hospitality come together.
